My Day

At work today a few days after my manic walk here a few days ago. It must be the "vaccine" I got from behind the bins. But I'm alright now and up for some entertainment in my repetitive work as a coder here in the mighty City of London. As a dedicated bug fixer you might think that my work would be interesting and different, hunting down mysterious bugs and problems. But that's not true. Almost 100% of the tickets I'm given are the same or almost the same problem which a very very simple trace table will more than suffice to find the answer.
Entertainment is also fully supported by my boss. So today I executed a swap a simple swap but one that was both unknown and also fully expected by the other party. At work we are expected to wear our lanyards 100% of the time and use them to enter and exit the building and other more secure areas. These are all tracked and reported and suspicious behaviour is recorded and looked into by management. As today was a very very slow day at work I slipped round to one of my friends and did a quick swap of the cards. He knew I was there but he was intensely focused on some random Youtube video about his favourite club Manchester United. With the swap of the cards I could try and create some behaviour that will get him in a bit of a pickle. I wasn't trying to go as far as the picture but it ended up with him accidently being fired. While I should feel bad for him I have no feelings so I can continue with my job tomorrow.
What I did was try and access the safe where all the companies gold is stored and I buzzed the card like 100 times. The door didn't open. But as I had my friends card and work in technology I had the device that changes the data stored on the card. So with one quick update of the data I got into the vault.
In the vault I stole at least £100,000 and quietly placed in a part of the other parties desk that he doesn't regularly touch. Luckily for some reason the CCTV that should have been installed in the office wasn't. So my boss along with updated card in the other parties possession had in his view no doubt it was him. He tried to explain himself but he was treated as guilty until proven innocent. The best form of justice and imposed on for more than 50% of the world's population. The UK does have a world class justice system but with the sleazes in government all evidence and process has been disregarded. This has been exemplified by the current extremely cold weather from the Yellowstone volcano eruption a few days ago.
Well my friend was very swiftly fired and ordered to pay double of the £100,000 I stole on his behalf. He's having a bad time and I think he is close to ending it. Whilst I do try and help it never seems to work as I have no feelings as previously discussed. I always come to the same dark solution copied from Scrooge that his death "will decrease the surplus population".
